Kanye West just made a bold declaration about Taylor Swift, seemingly reigniting an old feud with the pop superstar.
On April 7, the Donda rapper, 47, took to X with a direct claim involving the “Shake It Off” songstress, 35.
In the now-deleted update, per Page Six, West claimed he was never tapped to headline at a Super Bowl halftime show because of his infamous spat with Swift.
I never was allowed to do the Super Bowl because of three moments,” he wrote. “George Bush don’t care about Black people. The Taylor Swift movement moment. Wearing a MAGA hat.”
He continued, per Newsweek, “How it feel to be the best living and blocked from the main stage because of being ahead of my time. (And I mean all of this was before I went full Nazi of course).”
Before West deleted the X post, it accumulated more than 1.2 million views. Parade reached out to West’s rep but did not immediately hear back.
In 2009, West infamously interrupted Swift’s MTV Video Music Awards acceptance speech to declare that BeyoncĂ© should have won instead. Things heated up again when West name-dropped Swift in his track “Famous’ and then released an edited recording of a phone call with the singer talking about the song.
